Isaac H. Scott was born in Quebec; came to the United States at age 14. Served during the Civil War and was the last surviving member of the crew of the Monitor. Biographical note: Nogales resident; Rachel Mix was born in Nogales in 1893. Her father worked for the Customs Service in Nogales and Lochiel.
